Q. Which vehicle is best for me and my business?
A. Firstly decide what size vehicle you will require – do you need to transport small items such as a single box of flowers or larger items like plasterboards, piping etc.
Then decide on how many people will you need to transport. 2/3/4/5 or more.
Next decide upon the height of the vehicle. Do you need to stand up inside or not.
Finally think about the environment and decide whether you will require a petrol, diesel, LPG or electric vehicle to accomplish your needs.

Q. Do you take part exchanges?
A.
Yes we do, however, it does depend on the part exchange in question. Sometimes it is more beneficial to you if you sell your vehicle privately, as a trade price is normally quite substantially lower than a private sale price. If you want to part exchange your vehicle then please contact our sales team who can arrange a valuation.
Q. How do I pay for my new vehicle?
A.
Easy. There are several methods of payment available to you. Cash, Hire Purchase, Lease or Contract Hire. A cash deal is straight forward and you will receive your vehicle very quickly indeed. If you decide to finance your new vehicle then the process takes slightly longer. Please read our “Which Finance?” page for details as to the best finance route for you. The vast majority of finance deals only take a few days to arrange! In all cases we take a small deposit to secure your new vehicle (If we are unable to provide you with finance then this deposit is fully refundable) the remainder of the balance is required just prior to delivery to your door. Cash deals are normally paid for by either CHAPS, BACS or bankers Draft. If you decide to pay using a Credit Card then there will be a handling charge of 3% of any sum over £500. Debit Card payment does not incur this fee.
Q. How do I get my new vehicle?
A.
Again this is quite simple. Once we have taken full payment for the vehicle we will liaise with you to arrange a convenient date for delivery. ALL our vehicles are delivered FREE of charge throughout the UK Mainland. When your new vehicle arrives please ensure that you check that there are no scratches, dents, etc to the vehicle and that all accessories are fitted. You will then sign for the vehicle and our delivery team will take away your part exchange (if applicable). If there are any problems with the vehicle then please ensure it is recorded on the delivery report and contact our sales staff immediately. We cannot be held responsible for any defects not accounted for after delivery.
